SMS Terms & Conditions
1. Program description
Anterra Venture LLC ("we", "us") sends text messages to clients who opt in. Messages cover health insurance coverage, Open Enrollment and renewal reminders, enrollment deadlines, appointment scheduling and follow-up.
2. How you opt in
- Texting the keyword RENEW to (281) 664-8668; or
- Checking the SMS consent box and signing our written or electronic consent form during enrollment.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
